In doing do, at the first<br />step the definitions of the terms, islamicization of knowledge, Islamic training, and<br />methodology are presented and then the most important ideas of Islamic scholars,<br />namely Abdolrahman Naqib, the Egyptian Islamic training expert, in this approach<br />are, fundamentally and methodologically, discussed. Eventually, the most important<br />weaknesses and strengths of the approach as well as the degree of the success of the<br />followers in achieving their goals are mentioned. It seems that, although the<br />approach has had a considerable role in the formation a cultural movement with<br />regard to the necessity of reproduction of Islamic training knowledge and provision<br />of scientific literature, it suffers from weakness in foundations and theoretical depth<br />to play a significant role in contemporary education.
