Concerns about the Islamicization of humanities make it necessary to offer objective criteria, and the science of education is no exception. Thus, attending the macro process of research is the most significant factor in the Islamicization of education. That is because the factor both makes it possible to explain the relationship between the scientific and religious aspects of Islamic education and facilitates responding to issues like the relationship between the divine message, reason, and experience, the status of efficacy, and the relationships between educational elements. The present study investigated discussions on the philosophy of science and Islamic education, and

Education and training based on the management of inclinations is one of the new approaches in religious education, the main solution of which is jihad with the soul and its main goal is to increase the ability of educators to manage inclinations. The following article aims to examine this approach to religious education in the ideas of Hujjat al−Islam and Muslimeen Panahian. The explanation of this approach begins with the pathology of the current state of education in the country and the focal point of religious education and leads to a revision of the concept of religious education. In this article, using the qualitative analysis method, the general framework of this approach is introduced, including the characteristics of religious education based on the management of desires, foundations, goals, content, presentation methods, educational environment, and stages of religious education. In this approach, the goal of religious education is to provide a program for managing tendencies and empowering the teacher to oppose the lovable. Informing the teacher about all kinds of tendencies and providing exercises to increase the strength of opposition to the air of the breath is one of the characteristics of the content, methods and educational atmosphere of this approach. In the stages of religious education, in the first period, the focus is on recognizing desires, and the second period is followed based on paying attention to deeper and hidden desires.

While there are many pieces of research about the technical dimensions of animation, its educational dimensions are not studied. The main research question of this paper is: what educational−psychological criteria should be considered in the child's media (animation) based on Islamic theory of action? The method approach used in this research is progressive inference, in which, regarding the educational goals and principles of the Islamic theory of action, the educational−psychological criteria of the film and the child's animation are implicitly extracted. We can classify the criteria into five categories: Criteria for physical and mental health, Criteria for familiarizing children with moral/religious values, Criteria for strengthening children's thinking, Criteria for enforcement of the dispositions of the choosing and responsibility in children, and Criteria for dynamist rational identities. Some of these criteria are as follows: avoiding the institutionalization of negative emotions in the audio−visual and narrative aspects of animation; avoiding negative themes and issues such as violence and sexual relations in narratives and visual effects, step−by−step and delayed encountering with dolorous realities in the narrative−visual structure of animation, explanatory attention to moral−religious values, avoidance of information saturation, attention to clarity and value embodiment in animation, designing real−life values in the narration, following the narrative structure of the animation from the causal and linear structures of narration, highlighting the choosing and decision making situations in animation, considering the process of the life in animation, and attempting to diversify the identities.

The present study has been conducted to review and evaluate Miller’s position about spiritual curriculum based on Mutahhari’s view by scrutinizing their ideas about spirituality. In the first part, features of spirituality in Miller’s view, and in the second part, features of spirituality in Mutahhari’s view  have been described. In the third part, Miller’s idea about spiritual curriculum has been criticized based on Mutahhari’s view. The results show that there are two different views about spirituality: the first view is the humanistic spirituality which is a western approach and the second view is the divine spirituality which is the religious and Islamic one. The spirituality demonstrated by Miller is originated from humanism doctrine. Its core and its ultimate goal consist of human and human’s needs and it can be achieved by the combined approach of divine and non-divine religions, while Mutahhari rejected the humanistic view of some experts like Miller, and considered the spirituality as an innate and divine reality based on the truth, which can be achieved merely by divine and religious teachings. Therefore, those who are responsible for educational systems should beware not to consider the new western approach about spirituality wrongly as the real spirituality, and be aware of the consequences of applying this approach in educational systems.

Because of the long history and maximum coverage, maktabkhaneh (old Iranian school) was one of the most important educational institutions after the entrance of Islam into Iran. It has had permanent influence on Iranian educational culture, including "teachers' professional ethics". In this study, aiming at clarifying the role of maktabkhaneh in formation of professional ethics of teachers through an interpretative phenomenological approach, the researchers have tried to understand and account for the lived experiences of people who have been educated in maktabkhanehs.
To do so, 13 elderly people who had experienced the atmosphere of maktabkhaneh were selected using purposive sampling. Then, needed information was collected using semi-structured interviews, and the Smith method was used for analyzing the interviews. After analyzing the interviews, the components of teachers' professional ethics were divided into five main categories and eighteen subcategories, including the enthusiasm in teaching, professional commitment, creating an eagerness to learn in students, special attention to moral education and teaching knowledge.
The results showed that the a number of positive and negative indicators of teachers' professional ethics in today's Iranian society are rooted in the attitudes and behaviors of maktabkhaneh teachers, and doing similar studies can help to explain the current and favorable situation of teachers' professional ethics in Iran.

One of the most important sources of learning and teaching for university students are the academic source books. Because of the importance of and given the important role of religious-spiritual needs in mental health, five source books in consulting and clinical psychology courses were selected by the professors and experts, and their contents were analyzed in terms of paying attention to some spiritual religious units such as faith in God, belief in the Hereafter, religious beliefs, belief in an immaterial soul or psyche, religious behaviors or rites (such as prayer), reading the scriptures, spiritual motivation or goals, forgiveness, repentance, and thanking God. The findings show that faith in God has been stated only in one of the books and in a very limited way (4 times). Repentance, thanking God, belief in an immaterial soul or psyche and reading the scriptures have not been referred to in any of the books. Belief in the Hereafter has been mentioned in two books (once positively and four times with a negative look), and religious beliefs has been mentioned in all books (26 times with a positive look and 5 times with a negative look); religious behaviors has been referred to in three books (6 times), spiritual/ religious goals in two books (5 times), and forgiveness only in one book (1 time) with a positive view. So, ‘faith in God’ as an important matter has been mentioned only in one of the books, some units not have appeared in any of the books, and belief in the hereafter and religious beliefs have been challenged in some books. Thus, in view of the important role of the religious/ spiritual dimension in mental health, it is necessary to use those textbooks in university courses that have paid more attention to religious/ spiritual units or, at least, have no negative look at them.

The present study aims at investigating and ranking the factors effective in negligence in educational system and using Islamic teachings for eliminating them. As far as the goal is concerned, the article is practical and the method used is of exploratory type. Its model-finding is based on conceptual model and structural equations. The statistical population of this study was composed of 5196 people including all teachers, managers and educators of six districts in Isfahan city in 1395. A sample of 394 people (Cochran, 1977) was selected by stratified sampling method. Data collection was carried out by referring to experts in education provided by the network of experts and using semi-structured interviewing. Qualitative information gathering was conducted by expert network and semi-structured interviewing method to saturation, and in the quantitative part two questionnaires were completed with validity and reliability. Data analysis in the qualitative section was performed using NVIVO10 software and inductive content analysis, and in the quantitative part of the structural equations and CRT decision tree, we used SPSS23 and AMOS18 software. The results show that 92 percent of outage changes are explained by this model. Based on the results of path analysis, the greatest impact on overspending is on outsourcing factors. Therefore, neglecting Islamic beliefs and culture in society increases the amount of negligence. The first factor in the culture component is the most important way of reducing the negligence and deepening and enhancing the pure Islamic culture in the organization. Therefore, it is suggested to reduce the nudity in the organization by teaching Islamic teachings and introducing and presenting typical Islamic models and examples.

The present article aims at identifying the principles of education based on the value judgments and anthropological tenets of transcendental philosophy. The research method is descriptive-analytical and, accordingly, the principles of education in correspondence with value judgments and anthropological tenets of transcendental philosophy. On the bases of anthropological tenets of transcendental philosophy, the principles of education were extracted as follows: paying attention to common features and individual differences, helping the intellectual growth along with human’s limitations, observing abstinence in acquiring knowledge, nurturing one’s self-confidence, observing individual and social statuses, and the educators’ dynamism and overall development. Applying those principles in education would be helpful in leading educators to human nature, preventing deviation from human nature, wakening one’s nature, reinforcing one’s will and self-confidence, identifying one’s identity and individual status, making learners aware of human’s limitations, reinforcing piety and abstinence, reinforcing the eagerness to seek perfection, overall development, and helping dynamism and effort in educators. Based on the tenets of value judgments in transcendental philosophy, the principles of education were identified as follows: Nurturing one’s leaning towards goodness, knowing God as absolute goodness, moderation in enjoying pleasures, harmony in getting pleasure and felicity simultaneously, intellectual explanation of virtue and reinforcing leaning towards true beauty and the best system. Applying these principles in education is in the following forms: having sincere intention in scientific efforts, avoiding negligence and excess and leaning to moderation in behaviors, reinforcing humbleness, flexibility in scientific interactions, avoiding superficial beauties and leaning towards true beauties.

The relationship between body and soul has a history as old as the history of philosophy؛ an issue that has reduced؛ in the light of today's physicalistic views in the West؛ to the relationship between body and mind. It is one of the issues affecting education in various fields. The present article focuses on the views of the two Western and Muslim thinkers؛ i.e. Descartes and Mulla Sadra؛ on the topic and its educational implications. The research method in this study is analytical. These two thinkers have been chosen because of their extraordinary influence on their later intellectual currents؛ especially in the relationship between soul and body. Descartes' theory؛ with its emphasis on the distinction between body and soul؛ has turned their relationship into an insoluble problem؛ paving the ground for extreme approaches of idealism and physicalism in the West. Since Mulla Sadra has provided a philosophical explanation for the unity of soul and body as a solution for this problem؛ he has had a great impact on later thinkers. The important educational implications of the unity of soul and body؛ physical origination of the soul؛ essential movement؛ and the unity of soul’s faculties are as follows: lifetime learning؛ promotion of educational goals؛ mutual relationship of the dimensions of education؛ simultaneous attention to physical and spiritual needs؛ variety of teaching methods؛ emphasis on the educational environment؛ the modeling role of the educator؛ and the individual differences in the educational programs

The present article examines one of the important challenges in the field of moral education, namely the gap between theory and practice in moral education. The main question of the article is as follows: ‘why do, sometimes, individuals not follow the moral rules in spite of knowing them?’ The research method used in this article is an analytical-inferential one. In other words, the inference method has been used to explain the theory of Allamah Tabataba’i’s credentials from the analytical method, and in concluding and discovering the educational implications of this theory in moral education. The results of this study show that Allamah’s theory of credentials is a different solution to the relation of opinion and practice in ethics and moral education. This fundamental difference can be seen in the separation between intrinsic goodness and virtual goodness and in proving the priority of validity of incumbency over validity of goodness, as there is no dichotomy between the theory and practice in moral education in this view. This is because human desires play their role alongside real knowledge in creating virtual knowledge, and ultimately this virtual knowledge is generated by the incitement of will and as the main cause of the incitement of will, they form a moral act.  This theory, in the educational dimension, also creates a different conception of the process of education, according to which one must prepare the peripheral and mental ground necessary for creating virtual perception along with presenting and explaining true recognition instead of focusing on reinforcement of will

The present article aims at examining the effect of teaching life skills on self-esteem and psychological distress of addicted women, with emphasis on Nahj al-Balagha concepts. This research design was of pre-test/post-test type with a control group. The statistical society was composed of all addicted women referring to Addiction Treatment Centers of Rudsar city on 2016. Among them, 24 women who achieved the lowest score in self-esteem and highest score in psychological distress were selected through random selection and assigned into experiment group (12 subjects) and control group (12 subjects). Then, teaching life skills with an emphasis on Nahj al-Balagha concepts were gathered and taught during ten sessions (90 minute each) for the experiment group, whereas the control didn’t receive any teaching. At the end, both groups responded the related questionnaires. The result of covariance analysis showed that there is a meaningful positive relationship between teaching concepts of Nahj al-Balagha and self-esteem (p<0/005), and a meaningful negative relationship between teaching concepts of Nahj al-Balagha and psychological distress (p<0/005). Therefore, teaching life skills with an emphasis on Nahj al-Balagha concepts had a significant role in increasing self-esteem and decreasing psychological distress in addicted women

This article aims to explain epistemology in the view of Sohrevardi and infer its educational implications. This is a qualitative, theory-building research with the highest level of interpretation and exaction, based on Smith’s view that validates the possibility of concluding educational implications from a certain philosophy and that there is a relationship between philosophy and education, which explains and deduces the educational implications of epistemology in Sohrevardi’s Eshragh philosophy. Sohrevardi believes that cognition is the product of reciprocity and collaboration of rational reasoning and intuitive perception, which is impossible to attain except by self-purification. He believes one can intuitively recognize parts of reality directly and without a mediator. Therefore, this type of epistemology requires a special form of goals, bases, teacher and student, curriculum and evaluation in education, which have been studied in this article

The aim of this research is to study the relation between self-understanding, moral judgment and moral behavior and compare them among two groups of normal adolescents and adolescents with conduct disorder. In this way, twenty normal adolescents (boys) and twenty adolescents with conduct disorder (boys), from middle and high schools in four educational regions in Qom, were randomly chosen by cluster sampling. The information needed for the research was gathered by clinical interview, and also by implementing the DSM/IV indicators of misconduct. Data analysis was performed using independent t, k2, and Mann Whitney U statistical tests, which demonstrated that among the two groups, based on the self-as-object scheme of self-understanding there is a meaningful difference.
The normal group is more likely to use the social scheme and the group with conduct disorder is more likely to use the active scheme; also the normal group, with respect to the level of transformation of self-understanding with self-as-object, is in the third level and the other group is in the second level. With respect to the transformation levels of self-as-I factors, the normal group is in the second level and the other group in the first level. A comparison between the groups with respect to transformation levels of moral judgment also showed that the normal group is one level higher than the group with conduct disorder. Therefore, there is a meaningful difference between the mentioned groups. In conclusion, the hypothesis of the existence of a relation between moral judgment levels and moral behavior has gained some supporting evidence in this research. However, confirming potential relations between self-understanding and moral behavior, in other words intermediation of self-understanding between transformation of moral judgment and moral behavior, requires further research.

The aim of this research is to analyze the narrations about influential factors in sexual misconduct of adolescents and youths and preventive strategies. In this research, using hermeneutic and investigational method, the verses of the Holy Quran and narrations of the infallibles concerning educational methods of preventing sexual misconduct in adolescents and youths have been analyzed.
In religious texts, in order to prevent sexual misconduct and nurture healthy sexual behavior among children and adolescents, the parents are given some directions. In these directions, special attention is paid to two main categories of factors: domestic and environmental (societal and cultural). The first category of directions consists of covering behavior in the family, speech chastity and not using of absurd sexual expressions to express anger toward children or spouse, separating bedrooms, special attention and care toward curiosity of children and adolescents toward sexuality and purifying the living environment of sexual stimuli. The second category of directions consists of purifying the school environment, maintaining healthy relations with friends without breaking the norms, socio-cultural supervisions in reading magazines, watching satellite channels, surfing Internet, and purifying the society of unhealthy role models that can impact the healthy sexual growth of children, adolescents, and youths.

Research in any field requires some reflection and a great deal of attention, of which religious education is not an exception. The most important reflection on this field includes critical thinking on research approach. This type of reflection can be called “meta-philosophy of religious education” that is a second order study of the nature and domain of religious education. In this way, this article attempts to distinguish various fields of religious education and study their research approach. Through this illustration, researchers can perform relative research with greater awareness.

This research has been performed to study impact of educating "Islamic knowledges" courses on students' religious attitude. Methodology used is survey and its statistical population is composed of students both female and male – in all education levels namely graduate, post-graduate and PhD from disciplines "Humanities", "Art", "Basic sciences", "Medical sciences", "Technical and Engineering", "Agriculture" and "Veterinary" – who were educating in Tehran universities at daily courses during 2005-2006 education year. Among them, 1900 individuals were selected as statistical sample via stratified random sampling. In general, research findings indicate that:
1. Students have an acceptable religious attitude (strong and positive);
2. Among components of religious attitude, emotional aspect, behavioral fitness aspect, motivational aspect, and cognitive aspect have been more considered that other aspects;
3. Students who passed courses "Islamic knowledges" (1) and (2) have more acceptable religious attitude than ones who did not pass them; but, passing or not passing other courses related to "knowledges" (Islamic ethics, Islamic texts, Islam history, Islamic revolution and its roots), at current conditions, has not any influence on increasing or decreasing rate of individuals' religious attitude.
4. Using multivariable step-by-step regression, role and quota of independent variables in dependent ones, in order of importance, are: religious conditions, professor's behavioral characteristics, political-social conditions governing on the society, self-evaluations of students, type of university, education term, and "Islamic knowledges" course.

Since the establishment of primary and secondary schools in Iran in the style of the western educational institutions, adopting and translating western school text books in order to be taught in the Iranian schools, became popular.
The adopted text books especially experimental sciences texts explained the world from a secularism perspective an approach which was influenced by a school of thoughts prevalent in west. That means such books neglected religion teachings regarding study of nature and creatures.
The dominance of secularism approach over experimental sciences text books, of Iran continued till the victory of the Islamic revolution because secularism approach was not considered as an implausible one by the educational planners and policy makers of the former regime.
Although after the victory of the Islamic revolution efforts were made to eliminate the influence of secularism over science curriculum ,evidence indicates that the dominance of such  approach still exists and school text books reforms of the recent three decades has not terminated the influence of secularism.
Accordingly, replacing the secular approach by religious one in the domain of the experimental text books is an idea which is proposed in the present article. Furthermore, the difference between these two approaches is dealt with in this paper.
Contrary to the secular approach the religious one uses Meta physical assumptions as the base of study of the natural world.
Consequently whenever students study the nature from a religious perspective, they view the nature beyond a materialistic world view and acquire an in-depth understanding about the world.

The present article does an investigation into responsibility of Islamic government in formal education using exertive (Ijtihad-based) method ordinary in Shiite jurisprudence. In fact, the author has multidimensionally studied responsibility of Islamic government in formal education, and finally provided his viewpoint. Following this study, it can be determined that there are various viewpoints regarding the role Islamic government can play in formal education. Some believe that education is mainly parents' responsibility and Islamic government only intervenes in necessary conditions so that drawbacks can be compensated and potential gaps can be filled, while others believe that such responsibility is burden of the government and parents must cooperate with the government. Alongside of these two standpoints, the author posits that education, in addition to a personal right, can be considered as a social necessity. Hence, based on jurisprudential foundations, Islamic government is main responsible of education, here formal education, which humans' life system is highly dependent upon it.

One of the most important subjects of Islamic educational system is invitation to thinking which is man's "accepted differentia", and by which humanity is characterized. This ability is the origin of knowledge and also a source for man's different actions. When it comes to Islam's education system, the subject of 'thought' (or reason) has not been left or abandoned in an absolute way; rather, continuous efforts have been made to throw light on the importance of promoting and nurturing of thought.
This article aims to explain, through Quranic verses and narratives of the Infallibles (a.s.), subjects such as description, conditions, sources, consequences, and obstacles of thought and thinking. In this study, an effort has been made to investigate and ascertain, on the basis of Islamic doctrines, the status of thought in an Islamic system of education. For this purpose, it has been explained that in Islamic educational system, thinking is characterized by three prominent features: capability development, extensiveness of application and vulnerability. The main factors through which intellectual development is achieved are: isolation, external and objective journey, reason-seeking, meaningful silence, paying heed to different viewpoints, good ethics and food control. Also the obstacles to thinking are: hurriedness, acting upon ignorant beliefs, blind imitation, personality-bias, arrogance and carnal desires. At the end of this article, themes and sources related to the subject of the article have been introduced and also several suggestions have been presented to help acquaint teachers and stakeholders of education with the ways of nurturing and promoting thinking according to Islamic doctrines

Different methods can be used for religious education in a family environment. In order for a person to find out which method is useful and effective, he should conduct a research into it through experimental studies. When it comes to the permissibility of the method, it is a jurisprudential issue that is answered and dealt with in Islamic sources. This article aims to study two perspectives from a jurisprudential point of view on the permissibility of resorting to "coercion" to make family members adhere to moral standards and religious rules. The theoretical foundation of this article is the domain of amr bil ma'ruf wan-nahy anil munkar (enjoining good and forbidding from evil) and it studies the subject matter only on this basis. This article criticizes the theoretical foundations of the theory that considers coercion in a family environment as legitimate. The article stresses that the important responsibility of "faith protection" and "adherence to moral standards" in a family ought not to be discharged through violent means. Such means and methods are not only ineffective and useless but their legitimacy cannot also be derived from the Islamic jurisprudence

This article seeks to study the goal of religious belief education on the basis of religious doctrines. The research method used in this article is inferential and analytical in the sense that first the concepts of belief, faith and their relationship have been investigated and then the nature of faith and its components according Islamic doctrines have been explained, and also Muslim intellectuals' views concerning those doctrines have been analyzed and expatiated upon. The degrees of faith and its levels have been ascertained and the results have been inferred and explained to explain upon the objective of religious belief education.
This research showed that faith (Emān) is the synonym of belief (aqidah) in one sense. The nature of faith in a synonymous sense with belief is nothing but confirmation and acceptance by the heart. This very confirmation and acceptance by the heart has three constituents: cognition, acceptance by the heart and love. Faith has different degrees which arise from the intensity and weakness of its constituents. The degrees of faith are unlimited. Hence, the goal of religious belief education also has three constituents: nurturing of cognition, nurturing of heartily acceptance and nurturing of love. In ideological education, attention should be paid to all these constituents together because a unilateral approach will entail harmful effects. Of course, it is possible that one of the aforementioned constituents may receive lesser attention but the stages of education require that due attention be paid to all of the constituents. Likewise, the goal of ideological education is of various gradations. Thus, in ideological education, a degree of faith should always be set as the target, and plans should be worked out towards reaching it. In addition, it should be noted that ideological education does not come to an end with the implementation of an educational program

The research having been conducted with an analytical – descriptive method denotes that although in history the event of Ashura is known to have taken place in the form of a military uprising or an epic, in reality, it is an educational approach that has occurred on the basis of wisdom, reason, and intellect. The principle of intellection and reflection can be seen plainly in the acts of Imam Hussein (a.s.) during the incident of Ashura. In this educational occurrence which was to awaken the minds and intellects of the Islamic nation, the rational training of the trainees (companions and addressees of the Imam) is tangible.

In the present study, the role of virtue in understanding reality of the world and the
placement of transcendence and inspiration in learning process from the standpoints
of Islamic scholars were emphasized. Based on the model, learning could be divided
into 3 levels including 1) learning in animal, 2) learning in man and 3) learning in
spiritual individuals. For the latest, two kinds of learning would be conceptualized.
First, learning via transcendence which is based on man effort (internal factor) and
second, learning via inspiration which leads to receiving the purest knowledge via
God effusions. Based on the model, learning in the first and second levels leads to
“acquisition of science”. However, learning in the third level leads to “acquisition of
wisdom (Maarefat)”. Consequently, the integration of both science and wisdom is
supposed to be a necessary action in formal education.

The main objective of the research turns to curriculum evaluation of the fourth grade
Quran from the point of view of intended, implemented and attained curriculum.
The necessity of this study contains the correction and review of fourth grade Quran.
The research has been done in the form of evaluation studies accompanied by descriptive
analytic method. The population consisted of the fourth grade students all over the
country in 1380-81 school year and sampling contained all the teachers and principals
who implemented the experimental design of Quran program covering 208 classes in
provinces, nineteen states of the country and ten percent of parents and students of the
experimental design were also selected by random-stratified sampling method. Research
findings show that the aims in cognitive, skillful and attitude domain are widely arranged
in the Quran program guideline which most of them were not used in the planning of the
program.
The aims in the effective domain, are arranged in the lower stages and they are not
related to each other in the case of analytic-interpreting in different stages and they are
arranged as separate sections (cognitive, skillful and attitudal) and there is less relation to
religious moral values and social behaviours.
To obtain the goals of Quran instruction, twenty-seven percent of Quran teachers believe
that two hours of teaching will be enough if the number of books’ pages decrease.
Based on research findings, suggestions have been presented for the review of
intended, implemented and attained curriculum about aims, contents, instructional
methods and evaluation of educational development and curriculum.

The research studies the history of establishment of Hawzeh as an educational
institute. In this way, based on historical resources, the research analyzes the grounds
and causes of its development. Then, its cultural, scientific and educational condition
in two years after its establishment is depicted. This is a basic library research of the
descriptive-analytic type. Thus, after the data collection phase, by taking notes and
categorizing them, conclusions are drawn by the content-analysis method. Based on
the findings of this research, the Hawzeh of Qom has been established at the end of the
second, or at the beginning of the third, century of Hijrat. Ash'ari scholars and
narrators have had the main role in forming the Hawzeh in Qom. After attempting to
develop the town, to improve its economic condition and to gain political
independence, Ash'ari's invited other Ash'ari, shia, and sadat people and affirmed
Islam and the shia school. In this way, they created the social and cultural ground for
gathering shia scholars and narrators in Qom. In such a condition, the narrators and
companions of the Imams, most of whom have been Ash'ari, formed the Hawzeh by
scientific and religious meetings. In this era, the Hawzeh has been very active.

The indoctrination method is one of the main methods in religious education.
Critiques of this method believe that we should use methods in education that lead to
attitude changes in pupils. They believe that indoctrination method is a mechanical
one that causes characters such as submission and obedience in pupils.
Supporters believe that application of other methods such as a rational one is
dependent on intellectual development and awareness in pupils, but we know that in
childhood period intellectual process development is very rare. They believe the
childhood is the right of religious education. We can use indoctrination method to
establish some habits, humanity and ethical characters. Also by this method, we can
stablize faith in upper developmental periods. So in this paper, we examine challenges,
outcome, benefits of application of indoctrination method in religious education and
consistency and inconsistency of it

The present article seeks to assess comprehensive and limited approaches towards
religion and its impact on the science of education. First of all these two approaches
towards religion are carefully studied. Since there is naturally a possible difference
between the advocates of every approach, advocates of the comprehensive approach
are classed under three names of a) encyclopedic, b) innovative, and c) eclectic, just
as the advocates of the limited approach are also divided into three divisions as they
stress either a) the other world, b) judgment and purification or, c) indirect
involvement. The article finally studies the role of religion in producing educational
science on the basis of each one of these attitudes.

Scale stability were investigated in three ways that stability coefficient of %96 for reexamination, %88 for spearman and Brown descriptive and %91 for crounbaq Alpha were respectively obtained. To study validity of present scale, three validity methods of simultaneous, factors analysis and scale's clauses integrity with general scale grade had been used. Simultaneous validity of "DSES" performed through simultaneous performance with Alport religious orientation questionnaire that %71 was its integrity coefficient. Factorial analysis using principles components analysis with rarimax circulation for DSES educed three factors which are God's presence perception factor, relation with God and responsibility for others respectively and showed more than 61 percent of scale general rariance altogether. The present study also shows that all clauses of scale with general scale grade show %4 to %8 integrity. Therefore, as the result shows, 16 clauses form of daily spiritual experiences scale is suitable to be used in psychological surveys and specially in health psychological scope in Iranian society.

Through the present study, while it was critically assessed, this approach was presented. Referring to documents, the data required for the study was gathered and analyzed in both analytical-descriptive and critical-descriptive method. Results have showed that this approach faced with five basic challenges; first, the theoretical framework, in which religious education was studied and the research instrument for assessing religiosity were not reliable ones. Second, the uniqueness and complexity of religious development was ignored. Third, a vague interpretation of religious concepts was suggested. Forth, it was not conformed to the approach derived from sayings and the fifth, not only the delay in religious education has not been possible, but also it remains inadequate educational effects.

Islamic education meets various challenges today. Some of them have risen from the encounter between theism and materialism. Post modernism aroused such paradoxical standpoints among Muslim scholars that in one hand some scholars have taken it as a golden opportunity for religious education and a solution for revamping its weakness, and in the other hand there are some ones who have asserted that postmodernism basically rejected possibility of religious education. To establish postmodernism's doctrines, rhizomatic approach had entered into the 20th century's knowledge system. It naturally carried with itself positive and negative attitudes to religious education. Through this research paper, it was presumed that rhizomatic approach to knowledge posed some threats to religious education and the author was to respond to these challenges based on knowledge system of critical realism. Therefore, in this study, first the characteristics of rhizomatic approach to knowledge are presented, second, its challenges for religious education are recognized, and third the enumerated challenges are scrutinized from a critical realism's point of view

This study is mainly to distinguish various meanings of patience in Quran, the word that connotes most fundamental moral and educational concepts in Quran. Then, it was also to infer its philosophical and educational implications. The key question of this study focused on the meaning of patience and its philosophical and educational implications. Research questions which this study dealt with are as follows: 1. What does patience refer to in Quran? 2. What are philosophical implications of this concept? 3. And what are educational implications of this concept? To find answer for these questions, an analytical-inferential method was used. Thus, based on this method, the present study is considered a philosophical one with fundamental approach. In one hand, findings confirmed that patience in Quran has a lot of meanings such as patience in misfortunes, avoiding hesitation in speech and performance, worshipping and obeying God, persistence in giving up sins and adjustment in mutual interactions and in the other hand, results showed that philosophically this concept can be scrutinized anthropologically and epistemologically and also it has axiological potentiality. Educational inferences suggested that this concept not only should be considered in educational objectives in general but also for the other elements of curriculum. Furthermore, it is applicable in formal and informal education, too.

The present research aimed to have an analytical study on the concept of "purification" in the philosophical and ethical works of Muslim scholars. The main question this study tried to answer was; in which cases "purification" was used for in the philosophical and ethical works, what did it mean in each case and what are its semantic elements. Through this study, it was shown that the term has started to be used in Ibne-Sina works and there was not any evidence to confirm that the term was common before him. It was by Ibne-Sina which the term appeared. By seventh century (in Islamic calendar), "purification" was a marginal term and it was just after seventh century which had taken as a key term. Four major discourses were attributed to the term; discourses on healing, discourses on ascetic, discourses on happiness and a synthetic one. "purification" was also used in four meaning; elimination of vices and acquiring moral virtues, elimination of moral vices, removing mammonism from soul, putting away moral vices and mammonism. The core meaning of "purification" is eliminating vices. Acquiring virtues is a necessary part of its meaning and not a part only. Elimination of vices and acquiring virtues are two sides of a coin

Illustrating a portrayal of Imam Khomeini's great thoughts and explaining the philosophy of his glorified educational movement, this study was to find out the secrets of his words' deep influences on people's soul and spirit and also, opened a new way to educational discourses. Herby, Imam Khomeini's educational heritage should help authorities in administering their main educational goals. Through content analysis method, the study begins with analysis of unique features of his remained messages. Besides humility toward people, adoring, trusting and respecting them, using the "accepted by all" concepts, real, plain and precise messages, there was a conscious and gnostic movement between concepts of "all" and "nothing" at the heart of all the messages. In one hand, he underestimated himself in the presence of "All" including Allah and people and in the other hand, underestimated "all"-the world and all things. Moving from "Nothing" to "All" is a movement that he started from Allah and invited others to that, too.

Using an analytical and descriptive method, this research paper was to explain Popper's approach to education in general, and the process of learning in particular. By reviewing Popper's ideas, it was clear that his thoughts involved an extended area of subjects such as philosophy of science, epistemology, metaphysics, mathematics, art and etc. His belief to reason and rationality, as well as, respecting human, his/her happiness and consent and his approach to epistemology based on the recognition and correction of errors by using reason and empirical evidences which is called critical rationalism, have had some implications for education. In this point of view, frequency has not any role in finding and learning. Popper criticized imitative education and accepted a creative and active one. His approach in epistemology has followed with problem-based learning and democratic learning of students in the classroom

The present research aimed to study the relationship between religiosity and life satisfaction. For this purpose, four hundred students of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz were selected in a multi-stages clustering sampling method and also Mabad questionnaire and life satisfaction scale were used. By analyzing the data of research, it was shown that there are positive significant relationship between life satisfaction and three dimensions of religiosity; acting to religious obligations, discretions and applying religion in decision makings and having choices. It was confirmed through multi-variable regression analysis of research data that dimensions of religiosity can predict life satisfaction changes in a significant way. Among three dimensions of religiosity, there was just two, i.e. acting to religious obligations and applying religion in decision making and choices, could predict life satisfaction changes with the certainty of 99%. Results showed that not only acting to obligations which is more individual-based in Islam, but also applying religion in decision making and having choices, which are more social than being individual, can influence life satisfaction.

Reason, emotion and practice are three important elements of moral education. Lots of discussions have been taken place on the significance and impact of reason and emotion in moral education. This research paper was not to find that if there is such a dualism between these two ones or a kind of unification between them, and that is because of the fact that there are few arguments about dualities anymore today, those which were existed for a long time. The present study was to recognize the position of reason and emotion in moral education and their importance according to time factor. The studies showed that emotion appears earlier than reason at the beginning years of childhood (early childhood). Moral education starts with emotion. Since childhood is a stage of life characterized with the increase of emotion, it is known the best time for practicing moral education. Decent moral education depends on regarding both reason and emotion and considering time factor, too.

There would be different approaches to cultural transformation of value based concepts such as martyrdom and altruism. However, it is difficult to judge which approach is the best one without having a general framework and strategy in which the concept is defined. The present study has tried to set out a strategy of religious education for cultural transformation of martyrdom and altruism. According to this point of view, acquisition of higher religious values such as martyrdom and altruism depends on going through three fundamental processes including processing, acceptance and promotion of religion. By processing, religious key concepts are taught. The emphasis in this stage is on the receiver's understanding. In the second stage, learners are exposed to the selection and acceptance of general message (involving principles, necessity, significance and objectives of the message) randomly, and finally the educational system is supposed to encourage learners to internalize religious basic concepts and instructions (self-improvement) and then they try to extend these concepts to their society. Hence, to the extend the educational system is helpful in conducting learners going through those processes, higher religious concepts such as martyrdom, altruism and waiting for savior (Intizar) should be expanded through society
