The aim of this study is the investigation of philosophical view of Mola Sadra about perfection and its training reasons of elements of education (aims and methods). The research methodology is qualitative and documentary- analytical elucidating his perspective about perfection and describing aims and methods of education based on this perspective. The findings reveal that Mola Sadra believes in intellectual incorporeity as necessary to gain perfection. Based on his philosophical notions in his view, the ultimate and mediatory aims in education with regard to different levels of self in the course of perfection are discussed. Gaining mediatory and ultimate aims required training methods which are suggested through a framework.
