The main aim of this article is the exploitation of the self training model from the perspective of Mashaa philosophy and its evolution; the secondary aim is determination of the basics and structure of such model along with the strengths and weaknesses. This research is descriptive analytic and the methodology used in analysis is interpretive- inferential. The findings showed that such a model for the first time was implicitly proposed by Farabi and later completed by Moskoieh , Evi Cina and Khajeh; this model has a comprehensive structure in which the aims, necessary activities for fulfilling the aims, training , stages of activities , and the methods of performing these activities are well- stated. This model is based on a certain form of nature and the formation of features and the role of the trainer in self training. It is also supposed that medicine is a comprehensive form of training; such a pattern, despite some strength, accompanies some weaknesses which are minutely explained.
