The present article investigates the parameters of scientific morality in the school of Imam Khomeini. The methodology used in this paper is text analysis; the findings uncover that imam Khomeini pays specific attention to the correct training and adoption of customs and internalization of these in the process of education of soul. He believes that if the soul of human becomes heavenly, his behaviors and intentions would also become heavenly. The parameters found in this study are discipline, humbleness, mastery of the issue, creativity, and innovation, and welcoming criticism. In the last part of the paper the parameters for training students in three issues, namely, moral, political, and scientific training are discussed.
