The main two aims of the present study are showing the key role of commanding to right and forbidding the wrong in emergence of twelfth Imam and encouraging the religious society for reconsidering the issue. The main difference of this study with the previous one is proposing a model to framework the issue of commanding to the right and forbidding the wrong based on the philosophy of religion and the philosophy of history. The methodology is qualitative, descriptive-interpretive approach which is viewed adaptively-analytically based on religious and psychological sources. In the next part of the article the belief roots of commanding to the right and forbidding the wrong are explained and the key concepts of the issue, namely, present conditions and emergence-ideal conditions- as well as the location of commanding to the right and forbidding the wrong in transition for the ideal situations are presented. Ultimately, practical suggestions for activation of this issue in the society has been have been proposed.
