Abstract
This article reviews philosophy and limitations of Hejab in Islam and its educational effects as well as methods for internalization of Hejab. After reviewing philosophy of Hejab in Quran, sunah, reason and inward view, two basic philosophies of Hejab were obtained. First, preventing men’s motivation in society and then maintaining women’s security. The indivitual impact of women’s Hejab is to cover the whole body except the face and two hands from strange men but this covering is not necessary in family. However, women in society should avoid attraction even in speaking and walking. The most important effects of Hejab in individual side are tranquility and women safety. The domestic impact of Hejab is strengthing the family. In addition, the social impact of Hejab is the ethical health of the people of society. Methods of internalizing Hejab are: increase belief in God, informing others about Hejab, explanation of the philosophy of Hejab and their good effects and introduction of better examples of Hejab…
