Purpose:
Undoubtedly, the cultural and educational growth and promotion of people in the society depends on the presence of good and competent teachers. Based on this, drawing the characteristics of a qualified coach is very important and effective. Although various researches have been carried out on this issue, but by using modern and interdisciplinary research methods, it is possible to draw a paradigm model and step-by-step planning for the training of competent teachers while rereading and correcting the results of previous researches.
Method:
In this research, which was conducted with the text-based research method of "foundation data" or "contextual theory", a complete set of religious texts, including Quranic verses and hadiths of the infallible (PBUH) regarding the characteristics of a competent teacher, was extracted and qualitatively analyzed.
Findings and results:
The findings of the research show that the main concern of the religious texts for the introduction of a competent teacher can be classified into two comprehensive fields of qualifications and abilities. In the field of competencies, in order of frequency and priority, there are five ethical, belief, emotional, cognitive, and emotional categories, and in the field of capabilities, in order of frequency and priority, there are four categories of behavioral-operational, nurturing-educational, scientific-educational, and teaching. The details of each category and the paradigm model of a competent teacher based on religious teachings have been introduced in this research.
