Abstract (approximately
Women, as the primary educators within the family, play a fundamental role in shaping the religious and ethical character of future generations. This study aims to clarify and analyze the “role of women’s rationality in the religious education of the family” from the perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei. The research employs a qualitative, descriptive–analytical approach, and the data were collected and coded from his statements, works, and messages between 1981 and 2021. The findings indicate that, in the ideological framework of the Leader, women’s rationality functions as a multidimensional force integrating cognitive (religious understanding, analysis of realities, and problem-solving), emotional (management of affection, creating psychological balance, and fostering constructive family relationships), ethical (manifestation of virtues and practical behavior based on values), and social (cultural guidance and educating the younger generation with civilizational insight) dimensions within religious education. According to this perspective, women’s rationality, grounded in divine knowledge and civilizational vision, plays a strategic role in reinforcing religious identity, strengthening practical commitment, and culturally safeguarding the family. The innovation of this study lies in systematically reexamining the concept of “women’s rationality” in Ayatollah Khamenei’s statements and presenting an integrated model for religious education in contemporary social and cultural contexts.
