Marital infidelity is considered one of the main causes of marital conflicts and divorce, and preventing it can play a fundamental role in maintaining the stability of married life. This study was conducted with the aim of designing and developing an educational package for the prevention of marital infidelity based on Islamic teachings. The research population consisted of verses of the Holy Quran and authentic narrations from reliable Islamic sources. A purposive sampling method based on the theoretical sampling approach proposed by Glaser and Strauss was employed. The method used in this study was qualitative content analysis. To ensure content validity, the criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability, and trustworthiness proposed by Guba and Lincoln were applied. Based on the findings obtained from the analysis of religious texts (the Quran and narrations), thirty-three factors contributing to marital infidelity were identified, including fifteen individual factors and eighteen relational factors. Considering these factors, a twelve-session educational package was extracted, addressing various individual and relational dimensions. This package was reviewed and approved by experts. Accordingly, providing this educational package to young couples can be effective in preventing marital infidelity and promoting marital stability
